BIOGREEN High-Activity Dry Yeast for Brewing (High-Temperature Resistant Type) is a new type of highly active dry yeast produced through stringent fermentation, drying control, and product testing processes. This product exhibits excellent fermentation performance in ethanol and edible alcohol production. Through strict fermentation process control, it can achieve alcohol content up to 16% (w/v). Additionally, it demonstrates outstanding heat resistance and has a broad optimal fermentation temperature range (30-40°C).
